And just like that, my condo was sold. First open house was on Thursday (short) then the main ones on Sat & Sunday. Over 150 people showed up! A bunch of offers received by Monday and the deal closed WELL above asking price. Thanks to Jack Zhu for excellent strategy, sales and negotiation skills!
